News update: Nordic Junior Piano Competition will be moved to April 2025.
The board of the Nordic Junior Piano Competition has decided to move the competition to next year. The planned competition in May 2024 will be cancelled and instead postponed to April 2025, dates to be announced within shortly.
We thank you for all the support and community around the planning of the competition for this year from many parts of the Nordic countries. We are looking forward to next spring where we can arrange a new Nordic Junior competition. We already have fixed financing for the competition 2025, as well as main sponsor.

Nordic Junior Piano Competition
The Nordic Piano Competition has been organised since 2002 in order to promote piano culture in the Nordic countries. After the success of the inaugural Nordic Junior Piano Competition in 2019, we are delighted to launch the 2nd edition of this event, dedicated to supporting young pianists from 11 to 19 years old, who are either citizens or residents in the Nordic countries.

The competition is open to pianists of all nationalities in an online format, with an array of different categories to suit every casual or serious pianist’s repertoire and goals.
